Deliveries

We deliver within Newark and the surrounding area, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout according to the recipient’s address. If the delivery address is out of our delivery area you will be made aware before checkout.

Our delivery/collection service is available Tuesday - Saturday. In the event of a recipient not being in we will always leave the flowers in a safe place, such as a porch or with a neighbour. A card will be put through the recipient’s door to inform them of exactly where the flowers have been left. Please note it is very helpful to have the recipient’s phone number in case of difficulty locating an address.

Delivery times

AM/PM is a request only. Timed flower deliveries cannot be guaranteed and provides no basis for a refund or re-delivery.

We offer same day delivery for orders received before 12pm UK time, except during peak periods e.g. Mother’s Day or Valentines. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered the following day or on the specific day requested.

Collections

Only orders placed before 12 noon will be available for same day collection or delivery. At very busy times the cut off time for same day collection/delivery may be earlier. In this case it is always best to call the shop with your order so that we may advise you.
