General Information


Sweetpea Flowers by Design will charge your debit/credit card for the cost of the products together with the delivery charge stated on each order.

Your Order

In the event of Sweetpea Flowers by Design being unable to complete your order, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will always make every effort to contact you by telephone as soon as possible. However, we cannot accept any liability for compensation due to any such factors.


Delivery is available Tuesday - Saturday. The shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Sweetpea Flowers by Design are not responsible if the recipient wasn’t present to receive the delivery. In the event of a recipient not being in we will always leave it in a safe place, such as a porch or with a neighbour. A card will be put through the recipient’s door to inform them of exactly where the flowers have been left.

It is recommended customers provide a contact telephone number for the recipient. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect address or difficulty finding an address, a telephone number will assist us to complete the delivery. There can be no refund if the address is incomplete or incorrect.

Delivery Times

AM/PM is a request only. Timed flower deliveries cannot be guaranteed and provides no basis for a refund or re-delivery.

We offer same day delivery for orders received before 12pm UK time, except during peak periods e.g. Mother’s Day or Valentines. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered the following day or on the specific day requested.


If there are any issues with availability of flowers in products that are very specific eg. The Big Dozen we will contact the customer in advance to arrange a change of delivery date or product choice.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event your order needs to be cancelled, please advise us as soon as possible and prior to the delivery/collection taking place. In this case a full refund can be processed immediately.


To ensure your flowers remain in the same excellent condition as they were when they left the shop, please follow the instructions on the care card provided.

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent product but in the unlikely event of a complaint, you must raise this within 48 hours so we can address the problem. We will always deal with you fairly, in order to come up with a mutually acceptable resolution. However, after this period there can be no expectation of a refund or re-delivery.

If you wish to complain about a product, Sweetpea Flowers by Design expects a photograph of the item you are unhappy with. Without a photo to support a complaint Sweetpea Flowers by Design may not be able to process a refund or offer a re-delivery.
